Well during my visits to Patpargun in East Delhi I found new and incipient encroachments just emerging. A gang of fruit dealers have started parking their carts at particular designated spots. Some of them pull a plastic or tarpal sheet over them. Some others have got power supply and have hung big CFL bulbs. At night they protect their enclosures by bamboo curtains.
